Free Lunch Provided!  The chefs from UNC Asheville's dining services will provide a ‘hands-on’ cooking demo on easy-to-prepare, low-fat recipes.  They will also answer any cooking questions you may have.  Janet Zusi, UNC Asheville Dining Services Dietitian, will feature side dishes to add to the chefs' creations to make the meals nutritionally complete.  Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite recipes for analysis and possible ingredient substitutions.
