This year’s speaker is Stan Wagon is Professor of Mathematics and Computer Science at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Professor Wagon has published 8 books and more than 100 papers on topics ranging from set theory through number theory to numerical analysis. Much of his work makes use of Mathematica and he is a leading expert on using Mathematica in teaching and research. Professor Wagon has won both the Lester R. Ford award and the Trevor Evans award for mathematical exposition.
